What? Spiders over assassin bugs any day!

In 7th grade I had an assassin bug in my shoe. Walking from my 1st hour class to my 2nd I felt something biting or stinging my foot. I toughed it out trying not to scream and run like a little girl in front of the entire school. As soon as I made it to my second class I ripped my shoe off to find one crawling around inside. Believe me, these things hurt when they bite/stab you.

F 'em.

Its still a spider... but I guess the enemies of my enemies is my friend.

No, it's not a spider - the article is erroneous in that regard. Stenolemus bituberus is in the class Insecta, order Hemiptera (true bugs) while spiders are in the class Arachnida, order Araneae (eight legs).

Still, an interesting article.
