We called them “banana boats” when I was a kid. We got them and hobo dinners (hamburger with chunked potatoes, carrots, onions, and salt & pepper cooked inside a foil packet) at church camp when I was a youngster.

ETA: if you like bananas, chocolate, and marshmallows, you’ll probably like ‘em. I thought they were pretty good back in the day.

Never done bananas but cooked hobo dinners on the campfire many times. We use sausage instead of hamburger though.

I still make hobo dinners in my oven or on my GMG. YUM
