Posting pictures

I am trying to post a couple of pics in the classifieds. I see pictures the size of Montana with molecluar level detail posted on various forums, but when I try to post tiny little low rez shots, I get a message that the forum limit has been exceeded.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? I know I have asked about this before, but have I told you about my memory? CB
