Been meaning to post this for over a week now. Got the generator to start and run using starting fluid. May still need the carb cleaned or replaced after sitting a few years but it does work. Thing is still very loud but it came that way. A different muffler might fix that. I pulled it out and is on the back porch so I need to get this moved ASAP. We can start it up for you but you get to yank the rope. My ribs can not handle it. If the thing had electric start I would keep it.
Anyway it is a Powerback 5250 that has seen only maintenance runs and that was before my rib damage a few years back. It was stored drained so should not be any build up. Sell for $250 Looks just like this one without the cord.
