I've been watching primer primers closely. Whenever there is a retailer that lists some under .10 they sell out quickly.
The primer demand is huge. But the price point where people slow down buying is .10.
As ammo demand is still relatively high most primer production is still going to cartridges.

Midway had CCI small pistol primers available for a few hours today. Usually see them in stock once or twice a week right now.
I saw where Sig is building a Primer plant next to there ammo manufacturing in Arkansas.
