I am in no way defending Biden, but where is the substance in that article, seems like a lot of could, maybe, etc.

Sounds like a lot of fear mongering to me, still need to be aware he isn't a 2A friend, but he's going to have bigger issues to deal with for the first couple of years he is in office.
