"Witnesses said Daniel Musso, 52, of Brentwood was asked by police to move. He placed his hand on an officer, was tasered and arrested.

Police said Musso was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and two counts of simple assault."

I don't know, I keep re watching it, the guy definitely was not hostile or anything. Looks like they were trying to handcuff him and apparently he was resisting trying to separate his hands and then looks like he raises his hand up right before he's tased.

Didn't see much there that warranted the taser. I guess that our 1st Amendement rights are under attack too! Wasn't aware that running your mouth was an actionable offense....assault....seriously!

I watched the other videos that this person posted (this particular one was 4 of 6), and it all looked very very peaceful, but it was funny that the gun rights guys chanted louder than the person by the bus with the microphone and you could barely even here what they were saying.

It is really kind of hard to tell in the video what was being asked of Mr. Musso. Like most cellphone videos you only get sound from right next to the phone and other sounds are hard to hear. We also have the video starting after the police started to question/possibly search him (looks like is hands were behind his back at the beginning of the video). To me it is too little video to really determine what happened.
