Looks to me like the cops overreacted. Yes the man was being difficult but he only seemed to want to talk about what he did wrong. Then when he was tased all he did was raise him arm up as if to say what did I do wrong. To me that didn't warrant them using that kind of force. And why out of all those people was he the only one that got that kind of treatment? You didn't see any people on the anti side getting treated like that. Those cops showed their true colors.

Yup.

Regardless of whether or not the reason for being placed under arrest is valid, resisting arrest only muddies the waters and makes your case harder to prove.

Once the decision has been made to detain you, there is no "Hey can we talk about this for a minute guys". That train left the station....pick your battles and be ready to suffer the consequences.
