$169 after $30 rebate plus shipping and FFL costs of course.

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/897/

From website:
This dedicated .22 LR pistol features one 10-round capacity (detachable) magazine, semi-automatic recoil operated system, 5" barrel length, and is 8.5" long overall with 6 grooves. The GSG-1911 features the same weight and feel of a classic 1911 pistol and 80% of the parts are interchangeable with a standard 1911. Features a 5lb trigger and threaded barrel.

Just thought someone else might want to get on the deal. Anyone have any thoughts on the GSG line of 1911s?

I have one of these. It's not a Kimber for sure, but it's a very good .22 pistol. It's very accurate and reliable. My only complaint would be the durability of the finish isn't very good.

Just received one 2 days ago, transferred by the fine folks at Sooner Guns & Gold. Great deal, nice pistol. Had a chance to put about 150 rounds through it yesterday. Sights are off, shoots high and right at 25 yd. easy enough to fix windage, but the tallest front sight is already in. Will mess with it this week. Had 1 FTE and 3-4 FTFs. Most of the FTFs were in my eldest daughter's hand. Might have been limp wristing it, but not sure on that.

FYI- I had trouble with the online rebate submission. Called and the CSR said they were updating their computers. She gave me her direct email, so I sent a PDF of the receipt and 4473, JPEG screen shot of the online submission form to her.

Thanks for the feedback UnSafe, let us know how it goes.

I got mine in on Friday, also from the fine folks at Sooner State Pawn. When I asked for a copy of page 3 of the 4473 for the rebate, they went ahead and copied pages 2 and 3 since they had heard that the rebate people wanted that too. I was able to submit the rebate online without problem, I'll try and update the thread once I get it in (if I remember :uhh:).

Uh...I might be slow, but where did you guys find info on the rebate? I don't see anything about that on the PSA web site.

If it is shooting high, you want to lower your front sight.

Back sight - move in the direction you want to move the Point Of Impact.
Front sight - move in opposite direction you want to move the Point Of Impact.

So move your back sight 'left' and your front sight 'down'.
