Is this a good buy? Looking to build my first AR, how much will a BCG and Charging handle run me?

A bcg is going to run you $160 if you can find one in stock. They are going for $275-$350 on the secondary market. Charging handles run anywhere from $15 to $20.

Good price, but a bcg is kind of hard to get right now. I would go ahead and get the upper and start looking for a bcg for around $150. PSA is decent quality and value.
