PSl/FPK builder

I'm interested in building a PSL rifle and heard there was a guy in okc that sells dragonovs and builds them for people. Does anyone know this person or maybe his website? Any useful tips for PSL builds would be appreciated as well. Thanks

I got my PSL in Edmond, but I don't remember the guys name. It was an Armslist deal.
