20 posts and at least 30 days. Even still that doesn't guarantee you'll gain access to post in the classifieds as the mods can review your posts and if you have 20 separate "lol, I like guns" posts, you probably won't gain access.
It's my understanding that you may send a private message to the seller of said gun, but it's up to the seller's discretion whether or not they want to do business with you.
