Frost damage assessment:

Tropical passion fruit looks pretty toasty despite cover, as expected. Hella mulch so I am expecting it to make it thru and sprout again next spring

Rosemary cultivar: Arp, no issues with either plant. One was under plastic grocery bags the other a cardboard box. Interestingly the one under a box was next to a burned up winter choy, supposed to be ok to sub zero and a damaged Russian kale that should be ok to -40. Oregano is good, majoram is damaged Cabbages and box choy are melted. All new plants put in late summer.

Finally getting around to a big oak that died. Hauled it up close to the wood stacks. I'm cutting 2 different lengths. One for the house and Longer for the greenhouse barrel stove.

Still a little stump left to cut off and haul up. It's about 36" at the base .

The 2 racks are for the house and was what I cut and split before I took pictures of the pile of wood.

Is foul brood an issue here. I've read about it but never heard about anyone who had it?
I haven't seen any but the possibility is always there.

Imagine a large outfit that has hundreds of hives and has a case of American foulbrood and the entire yard quarantined. That could get in the pocket book quick. Especially if they were selling nucs or package bees.
