What variety of figs are you growing.
One of them I don't know but looks like a LSU gold. The other two are LSU purple and long neck yellow.

Cutting up a little pork tomorrow. In the cooler chilling. This is one of 10 I'll be butchering. I wanted to do some small hams. Probably leave the butt whole to make pulled pork.

Butchered 8 roosters . Made 10 lbs of chorizo for a friend with red meat allergies. Still have 3 lbs of breast meat to do something with. Boiled the carcasses and made 14 quarts of broth and meat for later use.
How about fresh bell peppers and jalapeno
