some powders act differently when hot/cold. What's safe in the winter could result in overpressure in the hot summer months. I almost think you would need to leave your reloads in a hot car before you shoot but there are "stories" about it. YMMV.

Blue Dot is the other direction. It generates higher pressures at colder temperatures. Its pistol and shotgun powder, but if one is loading at max, its something to think about.

I will have to commit that one to memory as that is strange. I lived in Hawaii for a long time. Every powder seem consistent because the temperature/humidity variation is minimal. Everything else about shooting there, particularly the gun laws sucks.

Glad to be here in the free states again.
