Another question, can this be done (I mean setting up as my “reloading room”) in my uninsulated garage, or do I need to think about doing it inside? I’m thinking about hot/cold and humidity in the garage.

It can be done in a garage. That's where I do all of my reloading EXCEPT throwing powder charges. Powder work is always done at the bar in the kitchen.
What are you wanting to start reloading for? Have you already started buying equipment?

Gonna start with 45/70 and 45 acp, I have some equipment but want to learn more to know what I need and don’t, so I don’t buy a bunch of stuff and don’t need it.
