Been a long time since I've been to a Okc gun show so don't know what to expect in the form of reloading supplies.

Could I expect to see some reloading supplies? In need of some large rifle magnum primers. (Except WLRM's)

Like any other gun show, it's hit and miss. I've been there before and got what I was looking for and there have been times when they had everything except what I wanted. Sometimes there isn't any at all.

Well I gave in and paid the $12 to get in. Whatta disappointment and waste of time!

IMHO there's a lot of potential business for a retail reloading supply store in the Okc area.

that's what I expect from most gun shows for the last several years... I may attend one a year with zero expectations of finding a 'deal', I go mainly for the amusement and the "what if" scenario that I may find a hidden treasure in a junk box of spare parts... really the only hope in a deal of any kind are those items that are not displayed....

You list your location as El Reno, where Gene Sears is. They usually have the best on hand stock of reloading supplies in the area, and damn sure the best prices. Last I knew they had quite a few primers in stock, not sure exactly which type. Look on gunbot.net, when I was on there a few days back Sears had several listings on there, but the name is 3rd Generation Shooting Supply. Last primers I bought there a few weeks ago were around $30/1k. Good luck!

They're always the first place I check. Unfortunately the only large rifle magnum primers they have are winchester's. They're a real loose fit in my aged brass. Found some remington 9.5's, they fit much tighter. Have to use a good bit of force to seat them even in my worn out brass.

I agree. The biggest problem would be obtaining stock to supply the customer. Two years ago - no primers. Last year and this year - No powder.
