Remington model 660?

Anyone know much about the Remington model 660's? I found one at a local pawn shop in .243 win. It seems to be a really nice peice, but I am unfamiliar with them. The want $485 for it and it has an older fixed power scope on it. I would rate the gun at 90%-95%. Should I buy it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Thats a good price, as long as its an original one. I know Remington made a newer copy of the 660 series, and I'm not really up on those.

As long as the price is feasible, you can't go wrong with a Remington.
