if the officers involved took them for themselves has no impact on any of us.
Hmm.. So the cops fork over $150 in taxpayer money to pay someone for turning in an old firearm, and then keep that firearm for their own personal use or resale. How does that not add up to outright theft of taxpayer money on the part of the cops? Asking for a lawyer friend :)

That's kind of what I was thinking, we must have the same lawyer friend.

I kind of like Complainers myself, a lot more trustworthy, they try and point out deception when they see it.
