For carry: Speed strips.
For a faster reload just plinking: HKS twist off. Bbut like 1911user said, it does take two hands to operate which is the way I was taught to reload a revolver anyhow. Hold the revolver open with your left hand and load with your right. I don't swing out or close the cylinder with a flick of the rist.

I use HKS loaders, backed up by atleast two speedstrips. I'm a left handed shooter, so this is how it goes. Since my left hand is my shooting hand, my index finger operate's the cylinder lock, while my right(support)hand moves forward grasping the underside of the revolver so my right thumb pushes the cylinder out. Left hand moves forward to strike extractor rod with palm as revolver is being rotated barrel up by right hand. Left then grabs speedloader, as right rotates barrel down with thumb and finger holding cylinder, left inserts speedloader, twist knob, right hand closes cylinder while rotating barrel downrange, left hand slides back to grip, and support hand moves back to grip. Ready for next string of fire. Sounds slow, but average time is four seconds or less.

Here are some videos of me running modified Safariland Comp III's in competition. I use the same speedloaders for carry when I do carry a revolver concealed (which is usually to/from matches). The video's are with an L Frame 686. Reloads with a K Frame are even faster. :)

I just received two "Jetloaders" from a guy who was selling some on another forum. Not familiar with them yet, but they seem to do the spring-load of the rounds into my SP101. I got two of those, and will mess with them as well as hang onto my HKS one.

Jetloaders are a very close equivalent of the Safariland Comp III's, just a little more compact. They are excellent speedloaders.
