So if I go on a riot then get paid I can buy that chunk of ground up in Kansas that’s in the hunting/fishing forum?

A one man riot won't do it, you'll get shot and your wife can sue the pants off of the city for your death. My advise is to get with a group say... 2,000 other people whoa re mad about something and then go for it. Maybe you'll hit the jackpot. Me? I'd come out smelling like an outhouse.
