Seattle City Council approves plan to defund police department, slashes jobs and salaries

Every cop that has their time in should retire and leave that mess behind. The only time I was there was in the 90’s. There were homeless everywhere and signs on every sign post and pole.

“Do not give handouts or money to the homeless”.

I have no idea why that part of the country attracts so many homeless, but it’s clearly out of control.

Because the Hobo Information Network is still operational. Weak policies make attractive targets.

It isn't just Seattle, it's other cities also that the police are endangered by cuts, liberal restrictions that their very lives are at risk. It would be best if in those cities that the officers need to cut their losses and quit before they are charged with a crime for defending themselves or the citizens or at the worst killed in line of duty.
