Have you tried one and compared it to a geissle trigger?

I have one lying around here somewhere that I replaced with a LaRue MBT but never tried a Geissele myself because they are quite a bit more expensive.

Last week Primary had Timney AR15 triggers for $89

I have three of the Rise triggers and three Timneys on different AR’s. It would take a serious shooter to tell the difference. Do not have any Geissle triggers.

Interesting to know. I know Timney makes good triggers. That said I have never used one. I’ve been hearing about these Rise brand triggers for a few years now and have been curious about them.

I do have a bit of experience with the Geissle triggers and love them. But the do come with the price tag. I’ve bought them on sale. I’ve the SSA and SSA-E and can say they are amazing.

All that said if there is a good quality comparable trigger for a competitive price I may have to grab one to try out on a future build.
