Rock island 1911 problem solved

Well I’m happy to report that my 1911 problem I posted earlier has been resolved. Apparently it was as simple as wrong assembly procedure by the idiot that had taken it apart and replaced the main spring. Thank you lord Jesus. The rock island runs like a champ now.

I have "fixed" many a "broken" Marlin Mod 60 with that exact issue over the years. Glad you figured it out.
