Ok guys. After talking with my boy Bill Coye on the forum. I have decided to sub out the heat treat as well. This will ensure you get a fully hardened blade and a specific HR reading. I dont have the means to do an accurate test on my blades. My tests are done by chopping, stabbing and slicing away on 2x4's, rope, para cord and paper. While I know there are hard enough to hold an edge. It is only fair I give you guys, the users an accurate and fully hardened tool to play with. I will be starting a new thread soon for those interested in getting my Entry Chopper ordered. Once I have enough people interested I will start the process of having David cut the blanks for me, he will then send them to me...I will grind and finish profiling, pre fit the handles. Then send them out to Brad for Heat Treating and tempering. He will send them back to me and I will finish them up, press some kydex and get them out the door to you guys. I will most likely be needing to secure deposits with you guys. I will figure up a fair and reasonable deposit. All the deposit covers is Material, Waterjet and Heat treating. I will not ask for the balance until your blade is complete. After this, I will send your blade to you via USPS Priority with DC#. I am just waiting to see how much interest is involved before taking the green light. I again thank all of you guys for welcoming me into the knife making world. You can be sure I will be having a B-GAW = Blade Give-Away down the road a bit to thank my fellow brothers and sisters. You guys rule, Chris
