I had a .280 no.1B that. I foolishly sold some time back. Been regretting that still to the day. Only season I hunted with it, I put down three does in between 100-150 yards all with head shots.

I've had my radars out and I'm sure some will follow me home again.

Have loved the No. 1's since they came out, though never owned 1. Would love to have a #1B in .260 Rem or 6.5x55. Will have to file the fore end washer tip away for future reference in case I manage to score a #1. SOOOOOOOOOOO many wants, soooooooooo little money
