Anyone have lockup problems with their Commander? My fullsize locks up tight and shoots great. I didn't realize until after I bought the Commander, but if I press down on the barrel hood it moves about 1/8th of an inch.

Been away from the 1911's for a looong time but these things could be the ones to bring me back. I have had the chance to fondle one and it gave me the old warm and fuzzy.

Just picked up my sr1911 commander last weekend at the gun show. Slide-Frame tolerance seemed nice and tight when it had the zip tie on, didn't feel as tight after I removed the zip tie when I got home.:pissed:
