I want one but don't have one yet. A couple of months ago I found one in Co. I still had my Co DL but the stupid 3 day wait is in effect and had to come back down here. It was already full retail and didn't want to pay extra for shipping and transfer. It was a sweet one a Ruger GP100.

I have one, it has had an action job, smooth as silk. Only issue if you don''t use Federal primers it will not reliably fire on each cartridge. I think it is a pre-lock, but I'd have to get it out of the safe to check for sure. Used it when Icore at OKC still had a handful of shooters. Lot of fun. Uses full moon clips.
Found a 4 inch 610 in Tulsa this weekend. I've had it to the range twice now and it is a shooter. Atwoods has some .40 on clearance so tried some of that plus some misc. 10 and assorted .40. It shot it all very nice. Now to find a holster for it.
My 610s are very fine handguns. I'm sure you'll love yours.
Do you have a favorite 10mm or .40 load?
It's been so long since I've hand loaded anything, let alone 10mm that I can't really remember anything about it except that the load I used was a 155 grain hard cast lead bullet backed by a mild charge of Winchester 231.
As far as factory loads, go, I have always favored the Federal 10mm American Eagle 180gr FMJ loads. It's been close to a year since I have done any shooting as due to my wife's condition I have to stay close to her. That might change this coming holiday season as my stepson and the grandkids may get together for some shooting. I have yet to shoot my new Colt Viper 357.
Personally, I just shoot 10mm in my 610.
