Your issue and mine  is a known design problem but Samsung hides behind making a resolution so difficult most give up out of frustration.Long story short I sued them as a last resort  in small claims court for the purchase price.  I had my son as my attorney and they sent a retail store manager - they brought a knife to a gun fight as they saying goes.Judge listened to both sides and sent us to the hallway to work out a compromise. I offered meeting in the middle. The manager said he was not authorized to settle period.
