I’ve decided to build up a 338fed (or 8.6blk. Haven’t decided conclusively), so am in the market for a donor rifle. I’m looking for a savage or Stevens (non-axis) bolt rifle in short action. So the standard 308/6.5/243 sized action. I would also consider firearms already chambered for 338/8.6, but mainly looking for a donor. Have cash in hand for the right one. Price will largely depend on the specifics of your rifle, as the range can vary wildly depending on condition and the precise sub model as far as features and the like. I’m located in norman and can travel for the right deal.
