Scrap spent primers

Has anyone sold any scrap spent primers in the OKC area recently?

I tried to sell about 20k Winchester 209 spent primers to Standard Iron and Metal on Reno. They said they couldn’t take them because they had no way to separate the steel from
the brass.

Spent shotgun primers are garbage. Unless you want separate the steel shrouding from the brass primer.

No 209s. This is all brass.

I haven't tried in a while, but there shouldn't be a problem. It's just like cartridge brass.

There are people on other social media sites that buy spent primers to reload, they prefer they be separated but some dont care but gives a lower price for them.

Right. I just sold some scrap damaged cases. But he said the boss told him not to buy primers anymore. He didn’t know why. Maybe they ended up with a bunch of 209s. I’m not sure how many I have. Over 100# of them.

I read the used small primers will fit the .177 cal pellet rifles.

Dont know of any local but not that hard to ship if you found someone out of area.
