well, last week i posted pics of my g26 that the dog chewed up.so you can imagine how happy i was when ups showed up today.i thought wow 7 day turn around thats awesome ,til i opened the box.............View attachment 26864

no clam shell case,no mags,no paper work,no lock,loader or cleaning rod. so i call the friendly glock rep who states" it's possibly lost or miss placed and if it shows up we'll forward it on to you"
now i have almost $700 in this gun with the $150 for new frame and the shipping.think im gonna switch to lorcin and just throw them away if something happens to them

Odd; every time I've sent things back to a manufacturer, their instructions have explicitly said that you should only send the item itself, and that they were not responsible for anything else you send with it. Sounds like Glock is nicer than most manufacturers...

sometime if they have to use a new mag to test your gun they just send the mag back with your peashooter

Did you take Pics of what you sent ANY documentation at all? If so I would continue to pursue this issue, going to THE Next level and farther if necessary ETC, if not might be a Long uphill battle BUT who knows " The squeaky wheel get the Grease" .

they told me i had to send the entire gun,i asked if i could just send in the frame was told no. the rep said box it up just like it came and send it in

I sent a pistol back to Beretta right before Christmas without mag or case per their instruction and they sent it back in one week with new case, papers and lock.

Same thing with me and Glock. I sent my G26 without anything, only the gun. It came back with a box, lock, brush AND an extra magazine
