i sent a beretta tomcat in for a cracked frame,sent the gun in the case with no mags or accessories ,when they sent it back with new frame they included a note saying they didn't test fire it because i didn't include a mag. when it cracked a second time in under 400 rnds they said the warranty was one year and it was 14 months old.didn't even send back the broken gun til i raised cain,no more berettas ever for me

they told me i had to send the entire gun,i asked if i could just send in the frame was told no. the rep said box it up just like it came and send it in

the dog has been hiding ever since i opened the box. he knows he started all this. fortunately i have several glock mags,but i still would like to have my stuff back

well, last week i posted pics of my g26 that the dog chewed up.so you can imagine how happy i was when ups showed up today.i thought wow 7 day turn around thats awesome ,til i opened the box.............View attachment 26864

no clam shell case,no mags,no paper work,no lock,loader or cleaning rod. so i call the friendly glock rep who states" it's possibly lost or miss placed and if it shows up we'll forward it on to you"
now i have almost $700 in this gun with the $150 for new frame and the shipping.think im gonna switch to lorcin and just throw them away if something happens to them

That sucks! Tell you what...I'll trade you even/steven for what's in the box in post #1 for a Lorcin! If you wish, I'll even see if I can get Chopper (he's in my Avatar photo) to customize it for you!
