Great indoor range at BDC. I'll shoot with you. I try to go by BDC a lot. Should be able to find a few places to shoot outside. If you want to come to ADA, you can be my guest at my club. Rifle out to 200 yds and outdoor pistol range. All covered and nice.

Welcome. Shawnee is a great city and growing a lot in recent years. Best local place I know of for you would be BDC gun room. I have shopped there but not shot there, but it seems to be a nice place and quite good sized. Great selection of guns and gear and staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus: store dogs to pet.
