Sick n tired of TM supporters!

I'm sick n tired of hearing all the TM supporters who bash our legal system then to hear our president say that could have been him 35 years ago. I don't believe mr Obama would have ever been in such a situation and very doubtfully ever attack another person.
GZ was judged by a jury of his peers and was found innocent of murder! All of the evidence points to him defending himself with deadly force after being put on the ground and beaten by the media's described "young and innocent" man. I'm sorry for TM's parents for their loss but their rhetoric doesn't change the fact that he accosted GZ in a violent attack from which GZ couldn't escape from.
Thank GOD we have SYG laws in place where we can protect ourselves.

Why do we see thousands of people, mostly young it appears to me, protesting what was a legal decision processed by a court of law, when they don't have access to the entire set of circumstances?
Does just a gut feeling and the blind following of the media give you some special information that 6 jury members who were sequestered with every bit of evidence didn't have???

I'm sick and tired of the media making a circus out of their pet cases. Think you'd have giant marches and media support of GZ if he had died by the hand of TM?

This is just my opinion, take it for what it's worth.

I feel everything you are saying. I am beyond tired of hearing this crap. They are young and old that I have seen protesting. It all revolves around the black community not being able to accept the fact that one of their beloved thugs was killed. I say this all the time, had it been a white teen killed by a black man nothing would have been said. There wouldn't be blacks out protesting. And there wouldn't be whites out protesting. Now we have blacks that are protesting over a black teen being killed for something he started. No matter what happens they are gonna riot and protest. I know it will eventually die down but enough is enough. The evidence was clearly in favor of GZ. And the sad part is that most of the people you see protesting probably didn't even watch or follow the trial. They are just following everyone else. And Martins parents are just trying to get rich off of their dead sons name. How could a parent get her sons name trademarked right after he was killed? Money would be the last thing on my mind if I lost my son. Because if you have looked at the evidence you would know that GZ was innocent. And if you ignore that your an idiot. Which most of these people are. And Jesse Jackson is the biggest idiot of them all. He just makes everything 100 times worse than it already is. I heard read that a petition has already gotten over 100,000+ signatures for the DOJ to file a civil rights suit against GZ. They try and claim that GZ violated Martin's rights. Well, what rights did he violate? Because the last time I checked it was Martin making the racist "creepy ass craka" comment. And what the hell is a "cracka"? The kid couldn't even talk right. And then his racist friend said that is the way non blacks are referred to in their inner circle. Racist. That is what Martin was. And all the blacks know it.

They seem to be stuck on the idea that Zimmerman "profiled" Martin because he was black, and that's as far as they go with it.

They don't seem to see any of the details of the case, or the fact that GZ is someone they should be holding up as treating black people in a positive way (with his mentoring of black kids, etc.).

I know they must be tired of being profiled in general, but there is much more to this case than that, and I don't think profiling Martin because he was black had anything to do with it.

This is just an excuse to let out their anger about something that really has nothing to do with Zimmerman and Martin.

Hmmmm...good to know that you represent the entire black community. Now maybe you should tell the thousands of black people who are protesting in over 100 cities today. While you're at it, you might inform Obama, Holder, Sharpton, and Jackson of your decision for blacks to just drop it.

I'm sure race has something to do with it but myself wanted to just look at the facts as I've seen them posted and I surely don't know them all. A young man didn't like another man observing him, it escalated into a fatal fight. Not good for either of them but due process of the law made a decision. Sad story, we gotta move on.
