Looking at buying a SilencerCo suppressor or two. What are your thoughts?

Current suppressors:
AAC 762-SDN-6 - use on SBR ARs, Remington 700, and any future semi .308 (Pending paper Form4, anticipate April approval)
Home build 22lr - Integral Ruger MkIII but could make it a normal .22lr can (Pending eForm1, anticipate any day approval)

***I already have 4 AAC 51t mounts***

Here are my current choices with my initial cuts struck through:

Saker 5.56: MSRP:$1200, will work on my 4 existing AAC 51t mounts, 134db, 6.76", 18oz, warranty down to 7" barrel
Specwar 5.56: MSRP:$790, won't work with AAC mounts, need to buy 3 mounts, 133db, 7.30", 19.5oz, not sure about SBR warranty

9 Osprey: MSRP:$850, no suppressor sights needed, 125db (Dry), 7.0625", 9.8oz (add 7.25db, 1", 1.3oz for 45 Osprey)

Sparrow: MSRP:$499, full auto rated for .22lr, .22lr through 5.7x28, user serviceable, -41db sound reduction, 5.08", 6.5oz
Spectre: MSRP:$399, full auto rated for .22lr, .22lr through 5.7x28, user serviceable, 114db, 5.98", 6.8oz
Warlock: MSRP:$299, .22lr only, user serviceable, 117db, 6.00", 3.0oz

What do you think?

I think a .22 can is like a girl's little black dress. It is so versatile, you will end up using it a whole lot. I know you've already built your integral MkIII, which has a very high cool factor, but being able to take the Sparrow off and put it on any other .22 you have is pretty nice to have.

My next can, since I also have the 763-SDN-6 and a Sparrow, will most likely be a centerfire pistol can, possibly the Osprey.

Edited to add: Great discount program! Thanks for rubbing it in our faces, ya bastid! :slap:

Haven't started any work on the Ruger MkIII yet so I could make my eForm1 a regular thread on can to use on my 22/45 TacSol and whatever else but it most likely wouldn't be overbuilt enough to use it on .22mag and the like or on FA.

I would get all of the above, starting with the sparrow. I think the saker556 warrenty said 7.5"/7". Those are amazing prices.

For some reason I was thinking 10" when I wrote the post but you are correct they will warranty down to 7". Gotta fix that.

You'd get the most use out of a Sparrow or Spectre, but if you don't have a 9mm or 5.56 can, those are your best savings. I have a Evo9, M42K and a SS Sparrow. I'd honestly love to have another Sparrow to cut down on platform swaps.

You would get the most bang for your buck with the Saker or Osprey. Like others have said, the .22 will definitely get the most use.

I had no idea the Saker would work with the 51t....

Edit: Wow, I just said pretty much the same thing as Glocktogo.

Gun side of the can is a swapable piece that will allow an adapter for the SilencerCo mount or the YHM or AAC 51T.
