Are you just getting into loading or looking for a backup or low volume press?

Kinda why I asked. I would get a lee 4 hole turret and just remove the actuator rod. It can be used as a single stage that way. You’d already have a turret when you’re ready to speed it up a bit. I’m sure others might have another opinion though.
What calibers will you be loading for?

I was going to start out loading handgun rounds ( 9mm, 10mm, 45acp, 38/357, 380 ). Which turret presses would you recommend?

The Lee 4 hole. I still use a Lee classic ‘O’ press for low quantity rifle rounds though. The 4 hole will kick but on all pistol rounds.

I have the Lee turret and it takes a minute to get used to it after using my single stage but I love it compared to the single stage. I started the same way your are going to start and wished I would have done what dlbleak suggested after about 3 months! It all worked out cause I load a couple rifle loads on the single stage .

How long til someone shows up saying "go blue"? Lol. That's where I am today but I started with red because it was cheaper.
