I'm unsure about site rules but even as a private sell its against federal law (ATF) for any of us okies to sell a non okie a handgun

how’s that work when a non okie moves to Oklahoma and brings his guns with him from another state and decides to sell a pistol that he brought.

Once they have gotten an OK DL they are good to go, ran into this with a friend from Texas, the law kinda sucks and doesnt really make sense around this area of the US because all of our bordering states have similar laws to us.

I mean in reality, as long as they have a residence here in OK they can sell the pistol to another Okie, but as an Okie I couldn't sell a non Okie a handgun without doing it through an FFL

Don’t think that is quite correct without going through an ffl. See number 2. I think we can buy long guns in other states, in person, provided they are a licensed dealer. Unlicensed is still a no-no.
