So...who carries a 9mm?

About 30 years ago I was in the .45 is the only way to go camp, but with the advances in modern day self defense ammo, I have no problem with the 9mm, and actually prefer it for the obvious reasons.

Heck if the .22 was a better SD round, that is what I would use.

Its whats nice about living around here. I feel perfectly comfortable with my SW64-2 2", and my SW640ND. Now if I'm heading to Tulsa, OKC, or home to Georgia then I'll pack one of my 9MM pistols, or my 1911A1. Of course I always have my SW640ND too.

9mm every day, 45 at night. I find a fully loaded g21 to be more heft than I care to lug around daily. I have looked closely at theXDs, but i really want more rounds versus more power.

As it has bern said here many times before, the best self defense gun is the one you have on you.
