Isn't international piracy still considered a capital offense? Not to mention that they were protecting THEMSELVES... pirates are not known for their humanitarian treatment of prisoners. I'd shoot 'em... not to protect cargo, but to protect crew and passengers.

Oh I would shoot then too. Just kinda curious as to where those who normally spout off about property not being worth a life are.

While I do think all of these 'pirates' should be sent to the bottom of the ocean, the lack of discipline and fire control evident in the video should/would make any soldier or professional security type cringe.
