Something we need to watch: Parents of theater shooting victim file suit against ammo

The next time somebody runs into me I'm going after some of that oil money because the fuel that runs the car is the "real" guilty party.

Be more like suing the Dealership who sold the car to a careless driver without researching who they were selling too. Like it's their responsibility....

What about that law that prevents such frivolous lawsuits? Have the people out there forgotten about it? Unless they can prove willful negligence, there are no grounds for such a lawsuit, and the case will be thrown out of court. If memory serves, isn't there a penalty for bringing such a suit?

Very good point. I hope that this is never even heard. For the lawyers to list that they didn't ask why he wanted to buy them. Really? What a joke. Like he would have said he wanted it to commit mass murder. Our country's judicial system is a flat out joke. And the parents are an even bigger joke. Just trying to profit from their dead child. But like was said, it will probably make it farther than it should. It probably won't be good for us either way.
