Steel Challenge/USSA/Sun. Oct 3

Break out those guns and come on out to USSA on Sunday Oct. 3d for some steel challenge. Sign in starts at 9:17 and shooters meeting at 10 am. $15 to shoot, $10 for USSA members and $5 for that second gun. Centerfire pistol, rimfire pistol and rimfire rifle, optic and iron sight.

I plan to be there, this will be my first event. From what I have heard Steel Challenge is a great place to start and is tons of fun as well. What all is needed for the event (round count, gear).

Min round count is 150 if you dont miss. If your shooting centerfire you need a holster, 5 mags (you can get away with 2 Someone will help you reload them), Ear plugs and glasses.

If your shooting 22 you dont even need a holster just a bag to put your gun in.

Steel challenge is a great way to start

Awesome. If I could get away with only having two mags then I would shoot centerfire, I think I'll shoot the .22 regardless.

Rimfire optic was very close with Kevin Toothman edging out Eric Crotsley by .3 seconds for the win. Olivia Toothman beat all the juniors and ladies. Robert Carlile won everything that had an iron sight on it and Keelty won rifle division. Here come the scores..........
