Stevens 1915 Favorite repair

I saw the beautiful work on the Stevens 1915 favorite in the thread below.Great job, guys!!
In that thread, someone asked the question:

hey, what would something like that cost a guy to get done? and what if the lever was loose and hung down, and the little extractor deal was about wore completely off? could you fix that as well?

I'd like to know the answer to that, too. I have a 1915 favorite in just that condition, and I'd like some advice about how to fix the loose lever.
