I have a bolt carrier that is new but the gas key is wonky and will not fully wear in an upper. I am keeping the bolt and firing pin. Let me know if a project bolt carrier is of interest?

I think you would need to remove the gas key and install a new one?? Not sure how hard that would be? All I know is it is definitely the key that is the issue. Let me know what you think.
