NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5-401B of Title 29, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:</p><p>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a landowner who has a valid hunting license issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation may hunt and take on the property of the landowner an unlimited number of female deer during any time of year.</p><p>SECTION 2.
