It is for the states to bitchslap the wayward child (the federal government) they created back into it's rightful place. States are beginning to grow balls and doing just that. Whether it be Colorado and  Washington state on marijuana, Texas telling the TSA to pound sand, Kansas, Virginia, Florida, South Carolina telling the feds they will not set up health care exchanges or Montana telling the feds they have no say on the matter of firearms produced and sold there, it's the duty of each state to defend it's citizens from a federal government violating it's constitutionally enumerated powers.<a href="http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2012/11/06/its-time-to-get-it-right/" target="_blank">http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2012/11/06/its-time-to-get-it-right/</a></blockquote>
