I am tired of the group facing threats from living people. It gets old and too played out. I guess the writers are having a hard time coming up with new material. First it was the governor and his bunch, then the governor again with his new bunch, and now this. And that ain't counting the people Darryl was with and the ones that Rick and a few others encountered while living at the prison.

The walkers are a minimal threat. They're so pathetic, they walk into open pits. As the characters go on, the threat has to increase, or there is no tension. Not to mention experience points. Can't level without xp.

Whats the best way to read the graphic novels? Can't decide between the hardbacks or the omnibus. I'd prefer to have hardcover but didn't want a gigantic book that's a chore to holdwhile I'm reading....I guess I'm lazy lol

Personally I hate big hardbacks because they're heavy and almost impossible to manipulate so you can read in various sitting or laying positions. I'd find used copies of the trade paperbacks.

Has anybody else read the article suggests that Breaking Bad might actually be a prequel to the Walking Dead?

Yes, but I thought nothing of it. Now if they can tie in Mad Men, I'd be really impressed.

I was also a little bit underwhelmed by the finale. I just thought that it was too slow, too much focus on the Herschel flashbacks. I would have liked to have seen them cut in favor of more real time stuff. Carl did not get violated, and I think everyone is ok (as one can be in the Zombie Apocalypse).

Also noticed that they were getting herded through Terminus, and I thought that special effects of the bullets firing was way too fake.

Also, where is everyone getting all of these full-auto weapons and the ammo to feed them? The Hughes Amendment exists in this continuity doesn't it?

I read them on my ipad. They look pretty good with the ComicZeal app.

Yup, I found myself hollering at the TV screen when that happened. It was pretty lame.

When they were being driven to the train car they past a confinement that was full of human skeletons. I am pretty confident these cats are cannibalistic, which kinda makes sense if you're a reader of the comic because the TV show kinda past over that. I think this is the direction the chose to go with the cannibal angle. But they're soft from not being out amongst the walkers so Rick and Co. will find a way. By the way if you like this show you ought to read the comics, I'm about 70% through the second compendium - it's certainly darker but it's entertaining.

Rick left his revolver, did you say it was a cobra, in the blue bag they buried before they went in to terminal.

after all they have been through, i thought it was out of character that they did not do a better job of checking out terminal. no guards, inviting everyone to come, just does not sound right.

once i saw that meat i knew something was off, maybe rick did also and went looking for the gun in the guys pocket.

i think the story played on everyone wanting a safe haven like they had at the prison is why they accepted and went to terminus and maybe had their guard down.

when they were running from the guys on the roof tops with the full autos, did you hear the pleas for 'help' from the stacked shipping crates?
