Honestly? I would head to Florida. Disney World. After you cleared out Epcot Center, the gates will keep the rest out and the farming system they have there will keep your belly full for years. Hydroponics and sustainable water cultures that use fish to feed the plants, which keep the water clean and balanced while the plants feed the fish? it's seriously cool.

Sure you could set it up at home too, but WDW would also have all the mickey mouse stuff you could ever need, plus all the underground tunnels would be perfect for bunkering. Of course, you would have to clear a bunch of snot-nosed zombie kids, and that would likely suck....

If I could only carry one gun, I would have to say an AR with a .22 conversion so I could shoot both and then I would have a set of Gerber zombie tools.

great point about the ar with .22 conversion kit. that way, when other people start shooting you can just switch back to your bigger calibers and take them out. And who wouldn't want a katana like michones?

The katana would be cool, but one whiff and you could end up ending yourself, those things are stupid sharp. Swords require a lot of practice, I don't think the apocalypse would be the best time to learn....

He adds, "I don't feel there's a real reason to have automatic weapons at all. I can understand the right to bear arms to some extent, but no one needs an automatic AK17 (gun) hanging in their truck. No way."

Good grief, so he is totally ok with being part of a pretty violent show series which has alot of killing & automatic weapons being used but then comes out saying this crap. Great, just great. I will never be able to look at his character the same ever again. Someone lock him in a room with a walker.
