I bought a PTR-100 from an individual and it had a sticky bolt. It needed to be mortared to open after letting it close normally.
It otherwise shot great.
I contacted PTR and even though the warranty applies only to the original buyer they had me send it in and they fixed it. They even paid the shipping both ways.
It only took about 4 weeks as well. Much better turnaround than Taurus.

Got it back and the rifle works perfectly now.
