That thunder sleet storm quickly got the dog in bed with us last night. He thought it was the end of the world.
Yep, our pup made record time getting in our bed last night when the thunder started.
Ours thought about it. Couldn't get the bedroom door open though! 
Those tails beat the hallway walls until GC got up with them -- HEY! It was his turn to take care of the kids!
Everytime it thunders I think of Duke the Boxer. He was the only dog whose ever gotten in bed with me. As long as he could lay his head on my foot he was the bravest dog on the planet! Poor guy HATED thunder and heavy rain!

It was fun while it lasted! That first clap of thunder, around 1:45 this morning sure got me out of bed!

Agree sounded like a severe thunderstorm with intense hail!!
Woke up at 2am to the dog crying. I couldnt imagine why since I had just taken her pee 2 hours earlier. "Thunder hail" is what we had north of Guthrie--and enuf to cover all the grass! (1st time I ever experienced that). That turned to sleet later on. Never did see any snow. Why do the storms that flirt with us intensify as they leave the state?
